I am 26-years-old and a senior in college working towards my BA degree in general theatre and am focusing on both acting and theatre management and a minor in Sociology. I currently work at a state college’s theatre department as a student assistant.

I’ve been a part the world of theatre since I was 12-years-old and I can't imagine my life without it, even though I've become annoyed and disgusted with the lifestyle. I’ve dabbled in radio, as well, and in addition to acting, I’ve written, directed, and stage managed plays.

I have a great boyfriend who shares my interests in theatre (we met while acting in a show), movies/music/TV shows/reading, a love for thrift store shopping, and board games.

Some random facts about me:
- I’m a supporter of Multiple Sclerosis research (my mom has MS)
- I have a soft spot for Pugs (I’m owned by one)
- I became a "cat person" at the age of 24 (I now have four cats: two tortoiseshells, a calico, and a black cat)
- I think Cory catfish are cute
- I am a fan of history, writing/journaling, making collages, and cooking

I have a passion for making lists (as if the above list wasn't clue enough, I’ve kept track of all the movies I’ve seen and books I’ve read since 2003) and have researched my paternal genealogy back to the 1200s.

I used collect too many things (I have way too many storage bins full of these collections) and have cut back drastically since my boyfriend and I now live in an apartment that is 746 square feet.

My main collecting craze right now is Pyrex and Brown Daisy Dynaware, and certain patterns of Glasbake, Fire King, and Corning Ware! This is my main reason for thrift store shopping now!

Since my boyfriend and I have moved in together and gotten our own apartment, our thrift store adventures have increased greatly and we hope to make our apartment as eclectic as we are!

When it comes to photography, I'm as amateur as they come, but I've been happy with my results; I sometimes tweak some photos for better effects and because my retail photo developers don't do as good a quality as I'd like (back when I took film pictures). I have both a film camera and digital camera, but I hope to one day own a digital SLR.
