Always looking for an interesting image. Currently using a 10 meg DSLR which I carry around most of the time. I generally shoot in full manual mode.

I've given up caring about people what I'm doing laying down, furkling in hedges, being 2 inches away from stuff I'm photographing - if it gets the image it gets done.

Appologies if the following seems grumpy, pretentious, snotty, rude. . . . . But Flickr is a great place to show and share images. It has great tools to allow us to help each other. It also is a place where egos take flight and comments, contacts and awards are some kind of 'badge of honour'.


Comments, contacts, awards and favourites

Please don't post those 'award' images - they will normally be deleted as they serve no purpose.

I do not do the 'post 1 award . . . . . ' thing. If you invite me to add I'm happy to but I will not commit myself to the 'award' thing. If I like the group shots I will comment because I think a shot is worthy, not because a group rule exists.

Contact adds are welcome. Please be aware that I take 'contacts' seriously - If you are on my contacts list I will look at your work and comment - having hundreds of contacts that you never look at seems futile.

Feel free to favourite as many as you like :o)
