Previously shooting a P&S Sony Cybershot DSC-S500 (and an older model before that), after retiring my Canon Rebel film SLR.
Received a Canon Rebel xS dSLR for Xmas '08! Am loving using both the P&S (I have upgraded to a newer Sony Cybershot due to an unfortunate car door/camera 'episode') and the dSLR.
