A warm welcome, and thank you for visiting my photos.

Forever searching for myself in the colorful and cheerful and occasional dark recesses of my emotions and my imagination - that's me. Creativity has been my unpredictable, whimsical and trusted life-long friend, manifesting itself in my writing, the arts, designing, decorating, music, cooking, conversation, and in most everything I do. Now it thrives in photography.

Photography forces visual scrutiny and deeper appreciation of simple overlooked details around us. Behind the camera I feel an indescribable exhilaration; an explosive surge of energy and passion not unlike that of a jazz player's improvisation that bares his soul. I am completely and inextricably "one with the moment" and the universe. The camera is my true expression and voice; it's my music and it liberates me. My imagination and color instincts stir as I turn some photos into artistic creations.
