My name is Jeff and i live in the Seattle area with my beautiful wife. I have only recently picked up photography again and am loving all the aspects of it. I remember now many (well maybe not many, but a few) years ago in high school i really enjoyed photography and how it opened my eyes and my mind to see things differently. Photography for me sometimes is a way to document someplace i have been and i notice i take a more journalistic approach. I have recently been inspired by many of you on fickr, to slow down and take a more creative approach. What i learned is that when i do this while traveling, i slow down and really enjoy the location more deeply. My "camera eyes" see things differently and i like it!
I live in a very beautiful part of the country so i enjoy capturing the wildlife and natural beauty that we are blessed to be around.
I feel very fortunate to have contacts on flickr that share their work in the very personal way they do. There are days i laugh and days i cry when strolling thru my "friends" streams. I am impressed every day by the images and words these people create.
