Talking about myself is not one of my favourite things. I believe in modesty. Big egos are a real turn off to me.

I love photography for its expressiveness, but also it's ambiguity. It's very rewarding to create something beautiful that can be open to different interpretations. This is rather unlike one of my other passions, writing, which is specific and less open to interpretation. Photography to me is very much about story telling, but it's also about aesthetics. There is a lot of modern art photography that eschews aesthetics and I think that is a disappointing development. I am a big lover of beauty wherever it can be found.

I have ambitions within photography, but I haven't narrowed it down to a single goal. I love all sorts of photography, from art photography to portraits and advertising work. I Being a good photographer is a very challenging and demanding task, but I have discovered that life is not good without some guiding passions.
