I'm looking to make some extra income on the side. If your a professional photographer that is in need of a back up shooter or an assistant for part time work. Please feel free to contact me here. Thank You! Local to Southern California.

What's up everyone? I'm Reggie. I've been an artist most of my life. Just recently got into the photography thing again after a long break. Back in the film only days I never cared much for photography. I didn't understand it. Film was expensive to have it developed. Very few of my shots ever looked the way I hoped they would turn out. I became frustrated and quit for many years. Then when digital SLRS were introduced I picked a camera up again to give it a second try. This time I was amazed and became hooked. Seeing my results instantly. Being able to print the shots from home and shooting constantly without worrying about running out of film. Now I love it and have developed a new passion for it. Since i now have a better understanding of the technical aspect I would enjoy going backwards a little and re learning film photography again. Well, That's pretty much it. If you happen to come across my work here in flickr comments are always welcomed.

Now that I'm shooting more i'm beginning to realize I love taking low light and night time hand held shots. They are so challenging and lately I've been happier with the outcome.

My equipment is slowly expanding. When I rough it out and about at amusement parks or concerts I usually carry my older canon rebel. The body is a little smaller and since I didn't spend a small fortune on it I'm not as paranoid about it getting banged around. The only lens I have for it is a tamron 28-75 2.8 which I love.

I also use a Nikon D80 It's my daytime work horse I use for almost everything else. However I am disappointed with it's performance in low light at higher ISO. Honestly I think my Canon rebel does a better job at higher ISO's

I also use a Nikon D300 which over all has to be my favorite camera so far. I use it for most of my professional work and anytime I need great performance at higher ISO's

Although I'd like to move into more primes down the road
I make due with what I have in my arsenal to date.
My Nikon lenses consist of:

• NIKKOR 50mm 1.8

•NIKKOR 17-55mm 2.8

•NIKKOR 18-200mm 3.5-5.6

•TAMRON 28-75mm 2.8

- SEKONIC light meter L-358 (Great tool to compliment the already powerful in camera light meter.)

-CANON AE-1 PROGRAM FILM CAMERA

Just newly added to my arsenal a Lenovo thinkpad W700. this laptop is AWESOME! If you looking into a new laptop you should give it a look over.
