In my day job, I assist people with software that helps them secure their corporate network while providing remote access to trusted individuals. I've written two books and continue to write daily on the subjects of VoIP, Telecom, and Technology. My primary goal in my writing is to make sense of these and other complex topics. I have a wife and two beautiful children, whom keep me grounded and focused on the important things in life.
