Only God knows whats under this mask!
On April 26, 1986, Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant exploded at 01:23 AM local time. All permanent residents of Chernobyl and Zone of alienation were evacuated because radiation levels. Everyone was evacuated except for one small child who was left behnd. This child was scared and changed for the rest of his life. In August of 2005 a large shipping boat from Philadelphia happend to be sailing past Chernobyl when they noticed someone had snuck onto there ship! Commy had been angered by his abandonment many years back that he decided to kill everyone on board of that ship. He managed sink the ship and find his way to the streets of philadelphia where he lurks and is hungry for some revenge!
