I mostly shoot with either a Canon SX30 IS (14.1 MP / 35X optical) or Canon A650 IS (12.1 MP / 6X optical). I also have several other older Canon and Kodak models that will make an occasional appearance.

I'm really into taking pictures in big cities. Looking up at the monstrous buildings above makes me feel really tiny, which doesn't happen too often.

Different perspectives bring a smile to my face -- especially scenes shot from below. It lets me see things I wouldn't normally see.

I'm passionate about traveling the world, and ever since purchasing my first digital camera, I've made it a mission to document each one of my journeys both large and small. I'm a geek at heart, and my shots often reflect that.

I also buy old photographs at auctions, flea markets and estate sales in the hopes of preserving them for future generations. I use an Epson Expression 1640XL scanner to digitize my finds at 1200 dpi.
