Phantom Playland's photostream

Brooklyn-born, I spent my early years in Queens but have lived in the Hudson Valley for most of my life. I'm a television engineer by trade and also an amateur musician and writer. One thing I'm NOT is a photographer - meaning, I don't use a good camera and I don't make any pretense of technical or aesthetic talent when it comes to visual arts. Point and shoot, baby.

I don't edit or enhance my photos in any way. This has more to do with laziness and a lack of know-how than it does with any misplaced notions of "integrity" or whatever. What you see is what I saw.

As the world I knew fades away, all I can do is take snapshots of the things I want to remember.
