Some thoughts on photography, Flickr and related:

• Flickr gives a lot of inspiration & learning about photography.

• I'm likely to try out almost anything in photography and processing. This photostream documents the way I develop as a photographer. Some of the things I've done, I'm done with.

• I promise only to post my best images, and, well, maybe the second best from time to time.

• I like an image to tell a story, images with people in them do that more often. I like street photography, the beauty to be seen in everyday life - those moments that photographers see and are able to freeze.

• Taking good pictures is an art. So is good editing. Anyone can buy expensive gear but that is not what creates the art. (quote: Amateurs talk about equipment, professionals talk about money, but photographers talk about the LIGHT).
