I am Peter van de Lavoir, male, and together with Frea my wife I am the owner of an insurace office. I have three children, and my eldest daughter: "Amelieke" who is very artistic, and also a good photographer, just finished art school.
Except Photographing, I like to listen to, and make classical music, especialy vocal an choral music a-cappella, and polyphonic music. Some years ago I started to make more pictures, but this time with digital camera.
I live in Lith, a village in the south of the Netherlands, on the boards of the river Maas. For me it is easy to go into the country to make landscape pictures, mostly I can walk the distance but when I go out by car, to visit mu customers, I also take my equipment with me, so that I can take pictures of the beautiful landscape that I see along the road.
