I am an enthusiast photographer. I enjoy taking 'people' photographs and if I have a speciality it is low light 'live' concert photography.
My day job is working in the arts. I am the editor of The Living Tradition magazine - www.livingtradition.co.uk and Living Tradition Summer Schools www.livingtradition.org.uk - both organisations that run traditional music related summer schools.
I am married with three children. My wife, Heather Heywood, is a noted singer of Scots songs and ballads.
