Actually im a Dane living in Vienna, Austria.
In 2002 i rediscovered my childhood dream, to become an amateur photographer. In the 80's i did try to take macros, but the learning curve is rather flat when you are young, studying and using film. So i "gave up" and focused (funny word) on my study and hoping for better times.
This is now, we have digital SLR's and high quality macro lenses for less money. And with the digital age of photography the leaning curve has become much steaper - and it's a lot more fun to do them macro's as it was 20 years ago.

Yeah, and i got the Flickritis. It's a horrible disease. I hope there is a cure somewhere...
