From a photography standpoint, I bought my first SLR March of 2009 and started to learn about photography beyond snapshots over the course of the year. Being a type A personality who is extremey driven, I have always looked for ways to slow down and live in the moment. Photography has truly taught me to start doing that. I have become active in a few photography groups and they have taught me so much.
I am still finding my way as a photographer and have enjoyed being a credentialed motorsport and aviation photographer in 2011 and hope to expand on that a bit in 2012. I am trying to focus more on seeing good light and stepping outside my comfort zone for 2012.
