My Flickr photos are largely natural history "snapshots" I've taken over the years. Most of these are from North Carolina. I'm primarily a naturalist and secondarily a photographer.

Photo Licensing information
License is listed on each photo. Many, if not most, photos are licensed as creative commons, non-commercial. Commercial use, including commercial use by non-profit organizations, will require permission and/or a license. Contact:

Note that I have given several individuals/organizations blanket permission to use my photos on certain projects with proper credit:
-Tree of Life
-Moth Photographer's Group
-Lacewing Digital Library
Those individuals/organizations do not have to e-mail me for permission--they can copy photos as needed and simply give proper credit. (This is generally consistent with the creative commons license, but I'm simply adding this for emphasis.)
