"If there is one thing I love it's great images. Looking around Flickr (and just photographs in general) I find people saying "great image" a lot. Some images deserve it, while others don't.
The images that I've just viewed in Paulo's galleries are nothing less than breath taking. I've never had the pleasure of seeing his images before or talking with him but if he isn't responsible for some of the images I've seen in magazines, books or ads the photo buying public is missing out.
I would rate his images up with some of my hero's in photography. Lepp, Wolfe, Fitzharris and Brandenburg. I remember seeing books by these gentleman and getting all excited about photography. Looking at Paulo's gallery gave me that same feeling.
I have to go look again... Great images!!!
