Paul Carroll from Scotland's photostream  

I believe in the photographic view of the world. Especially the when travelling around the wilder and more remote parts of Scotland. Everyone on flikr will probably know that seeing the world through the lens of composition, light and shadow makes every turn of a corner interesting. It also makes me want to conserve what I see and share it with others.

Along with Mhairi Morrison I have put together a series of eBooks, which are available for sale through my website (See below). The first is a four volume series on the Island of Harris. As well as the images, some of which you can see on my photostream, there are details on the locations, background to the history and cultural significance of the view and photographic technical data on how the image was shot.

I love the feedback on flikr and thanks to everyone who put up such fabulous images it is my constant source of inspiration.
