"paul_mysterioso brings a patience and sense of detail characteristic of writers like Alain Robbe-Grillet and Paul Auster to photography more effectively than any other photographer at flickr. It's always a pleasure to see what he has chosen to illuminate in the refuse and debris that surrounds us..."

Masato. says:
"Paul's photograph is tasteful. I feel that a quiet elegance and elegant simplicity (a refined taste). In his photograph, time passes softly. An antique look and a rust... The spectacle of the suburban alley seems to be a good old movie. They are special feeling and mysterious scene. I think (may be) that "past to present" is his theme or originality. Thanks for sharing. Keep up your great works!
and I am glad to share the same tool (Zeiss Ikoflex). :)"7th May, 2007

Same time, the majority of his works that he exposes on Flickr, except from their high aesthetics, they stand out because of a strong continuity and an unmistakable consistency as for their style. In other words his work it has a Character and this very important. All these virtues are enough for me to class him in a different category than the usual… He is an Artist…
