Patrick Donohue is the founder of BRINQ and a Senior Consultant at Enterprise for a Sustainable World (ESW), one of a select group of business professionals working at the grassroots intersection of innovation, poverty, and business.
Patrick is integrally involved in the development of the Base of the Pyramid Protocol, a process which guides companies in partnering with poor communities in order to co-create and to co-benefit from new busineses in the BoP.

Patrick’s work has taken him deep into low-income communities in Kenya, India and Brazil, where he has live and worked side by side with communities to innovate new businesses. In Rio de Janeiro, Patrick is also working as a Development Advisor for Catalytic Communities, an award-winning organization that empowers and connects grassroots community innovators throughout the world.
