Patravadi Theatre is the major pioneering force in the development of Thai performing arts. Patravadi Mejudhon, the founder and artistic director of the Theatre, has been a pioneering force in Thai arts scene for more than thirty years. In 1992, she founded the independent performing arts space Patravadi Theatre.

The Theatre is particularyly known for its works which root in Thai traditions yet simultaneously embrace international elements.

Apart from productions, the theatre also runs a Performing Arts School offering courses for locals and visitors alike. The company also runs a cafe and a riverside restaurant at its premise. To support its non-profit productions and traning, the theatre also creates event performances for different occasions.
