I'm an enthusiastic birdwatcher and photographer. Mostly i'm taking photos from the birds but my macro and 50mm lenses are going to get my attention more and more all the time. For me the rarity of the species does not matter that much, the most important thing is the light and the moment itself: Quite often the most challenging part is to get something special from the moment to the image. Here in my photostream I also want to introduce the beautiful Finnish nature.

Please note, that I don't manipulate my images. What I do is cropping, tone curve adjustment and sharpening - quite often only cropping, or not even that. Animals and birds which are in my images are all wild, and if not I do mention that at the description.
