If we open our thoughts... and do not let let our mind interfere too much, with what it is we are preceiving, it is becomes clear that we live only in the present. It is always now.
This may seem redundant or like something everyone knows - but it is not. Most of us judge the duration of the present by the little lines on our watches that mark off the seconds. They seem as little as it can ever be.
just as it is also true... that our minds can only hold one thought at a time. Memories create patterns of thought, but it all comes down to one thought. Change that one thought and you can change everything.
