diclaimer: I'm mainly interested in street photograph. Thus, I have taken many shots which show several people I haven't spoken to or even asked permission to photo. To my mind, this is done according to the concept of fair use. I must say that I am an amateur photographer and all my photos are nowhere publicized except from flickr. Moreover, the terms of the permission I publish them with prohibit one to use them for commercial purposes.
