Born in 1966, Taipei, Taiwan.

Author of “CRAZY ELECTRIC GUITAR” and “ARE YOU STILL PLAYING CRAP?”.

Pan has 18 year's experience in various paintings and fine art creation. His works included cover design and artistic illustration for some major advertisement firms in Taiwan.

Since 2005, he started to concentrate on the creation of caricature, and added himself another identity of a freelance caricaturist.

1966年生於台灣台北。

五歲時，跟李焜培老師學畫。

1985年畢業於復興美工，放棄保送資格選擇就業。同年以高職學歷跨大專組參加比賽並獲獎。

退伍後除美術工作外並跨界音樂教學領域，參與多項演奏錄音、演出、製作。並著作了「瘋狂電吉他」和「你還在彈鳥東西嗎？」這兩本書。﹝美術和音樂工作在這期間因數量繁多，故不一一列出﹞

2003年創辦「0.3音樂教室」並為負責人，同年接受東森新聞「發燒人物」及其他雜誌專訪。

從2006年開始專攻PERSONALITY PORTRAITS﹝名人個性肖像﹞，作品於「2006年春天吶喊」應邀展出。

2007年起正式成為自由畫家。
