  "OK, this is now really long overdue. I am afraid I just not that good with words, but it has to be said... I 'met' Michael probably 1 1/2 years ago, shortly after he signed up to Flickr. I stumbled across his photostream and was mesmerized by his fantastic landscape and wildlife shots. He is to blame that I am chasing birds with my camera now. And aside from being a great photographer he is also a fantastic teacher and always has a good advise at hand for us (read me) absolute beginner. I came in contact with Michael thorugh FLICKR, it was one of his photos from Anhinga Trail at Everglades National Park that caught my eye and made me want to get to another level, I'm definitely not there yet, but I'm moving forward, guess that's what matters.
