The Palisades Residents’ Association of San Pedro represents all residents, whether homeowners or renters, of the area of San Pedro bounded by Western Avenue, 25th Street, Gaffey Street, and the Pacific Ocean, plus the Pacific Heights section of the U.S. Air Force Housing.

The Palisades area of San Pedro lies between Point Fermin and South Shores. This neighborhood has many rich natural and cultural resources. The Palisades is nestled between White Point Nature Preserve and Angels Gate Park. Royal Palms beach with its tidepools, surfing, scenic viewing points and playground hug the coastline. Next door is Fromhold baseball field and up at Angels Gate is probably the most-photographed/filmed basketball courts.
