I am an aspiring photographer who is learning many things about photography and what to do with it all at the same time. I have found that although I get burned out on it from time to time my favorite activity is taking photos. I have started doing portraits of people and pets. I am doing them for free so I can build up a portfolio and then maybe I can charge for a sitting. We will see about that. I have been getting very inspired lately and am interested in going on photo walks. I am also trying to learn Photoshop Elements and The Gimp. It is a HUGE learning curve for me. So far I am just using them to try to make my images "Pop" without much success. Practice makes perfect.
