The Pacifica II Statue Project is a grassroots endeavor to raise enough money to construct, transport, erect and maintain and exact replica of the original 80-foot Pacifica Statue created by Ralph Stackpole for the 1939-40 Golden Gate International Exposition, otherwise known as the San Francisco World’s Fair.

The intention is to place the statue on Treasure Island, a new symbol of progress and unity as the man-made island enters into a new chapter in San Francisco history. The Pacifica II Project is a registered 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization.

We are not applying for any government funding, and intend to rely solely on community and sponsor support.
