My name is Paul and welcome to my photographs.

I take pictures to keep me sane, to try impose order on the chaos, and to remind myself of the beauty that exists within and beyond the ugliness that is forced upon us.

I am really not at all as pretentious as that makes me sound.

Hobbes bemused expression best describes my reaction to life and the photos you see are my way of trying to turn that expression into something resembling wonder and or a big smile. That way lies the happy.
