The Alamo Drafthouse Cinema opened in May of 1997 at 4th and Colorado Streets in downtown Austin by Tim and Karrie League. The League's now own and operate the Ritz location as well as the locations at the Village and South Lamar. Over the past 10 years, we have hosted a huge variety of special events, celebrity guests and themed entertainment. The photo sets listed here (spottily) document these events and guests.
