Hi everyone my real name is Jessica but you can call me Jess if you like. I've always loved taking pictures, never went anywhere without a camera just in case a kodak moment came along! I still don't go anywhere without a camera pretty much. My first camera with a zoom that my mother bought me one birthday was a Pentax IQZoom 80G (film), was no digital back then. I then went on to using a Canon EOS Rebel X (also film) up till September 2007. After a lot of saving, in September I stepped up in the world & went digital with the Canon PowerShot S5 IS. Since getting my PowerShot my love for photography has grown even more & I am now using the Canon EOS 40D with various lenses. I hope all that views my photos sees that in them. :)

I am a proud member of the Camera Naturalist Photo Club in Basking Ridge, NJ. The only club in New Jersey dedicated strictly to nature. =)

I do take the time to go through my contacts newests photographs so dont think I have forgotten you, I always take the time to see others & comment their work. I might not get to them right away, but I do make my way there eventually. Sometimes it can be really hard trying to keep up with everyone.

I like to photograph wildlife the most, I love animals! But its also partly the challenge in trying to get good photographs of wildlife because they dont stick around to pose for you, they are constantly on the move. A wild animal or even birds arent going to wait around while you set up your shot, you have to be quick & that is the exciting part of wildlife photography! I also love to photograph nature itself, whether it be plants, trees, flowers or anything that may seem interesting. No matter where I go I normally have my camera with me because you never know when you will come across something that will make a wonderful photograph!

She always captures her subjects from the best possible angles and there are some incredible moments on her stream. Her love for animals and all things nature just show in her images. I swear she can communicate with wildlife and I even suspect that she talks to them and they discuss between them what poses work the best. The animals are Jess' friends. She has a way with the wildlife shots for sure!
