The Open Arms Foundation was founded by Bill & Wanda Perrow in 1991 with the passion to bring the love and hope of Jesus Christ to the street children of Medellin, Colombia.

Today they have provided a home for 38 boys (who are now free from drugs) and 7 girls (ages 6-14 who have been brought out of prostitution). They also have started a church in downtown Medellin, have a Children's Church ministry in the poor neighborhoods, and have bible studies in different families homes. They also have a number of boys who have graduated from the ministry, and are now living healthy and whole lives with the love of Christ in their hearts.
