Onyria is a family company that started 25 years ago and developed probably the most successful integrated resort in Portugal – Quinta da Marinha - in the Lisbon area ( www.quintadamarinha.com or www.onyriamarinha.com ).

We grew both steady, sustainably and in 2004 we started to develop Onyria Palmares, in the Algarve, which really is our crown jewel due to its inimitable characteristics ( www.onyriapalmares.com ).

In 2010 we also expanded internationally in Turkey, in the Izmir area, where we own and operate a beach front hotel ( www.onyriaclarosresort.com ).

Turkey is now our second international experience after we joined the beautiful Chateau des Vigiers resort near Bordeaux in France (www.vigiers.com ).

To summarize, our business model is to develop Resorts in prime locations where we are simultaneously Investor, Promoters and Operators.
In these locations, we jointly manage of all the resort components (Hotel, Golf and Real Estate) which has been a great experience with synergies for us has a group and for our clients.
This modus-operandi really aligns our targets with our clients, since we are long term-players and we will jointly benefit from property appreciations.
