I work for the Australian Museum in Sydney. I have always been interested in Australian native plants, animals and environments, and in communicating with others about these things and more! I wish I had more time for photography and am constantly amazed and humbled by some of the shots I see here in Flickr every day!

I use Flickr for my professional work (as a web editor and researcher), but also to put up my own attempts at documenting my world. I like to keep my personal world private in general, but I don't mind sharing some of the quirkier moments I enjoy, especially with my kids!

I hope people continue to be inspired by and for photography, especially of nature in all its awesome wonder! And to share that with all of us...
