I'm a travel enthusiast, nature lover, perennial seeker, with an appreciation for the absurd. The arts in every medium, nourish my being. I am also the founder of the Sistah Tribe Theater group and co-author of the play"Let the Phoenix Rise". Sistah Tribe is a collective of women and men committed to bringing therapeutic theater and "Let the Phoenix Rise" to culturally under-served and disenfranchised women and girls in the public sector of NYC.
