I enjoy taking photos when the feeling strikes me. You'll find photos from surf trips to Spain, living & working in China, England, etc.
Before early 2006 I'd never owned a camera, but got one because I was moving to China and I thought it would probably be worth recording. Originally used Flickr as a hey-look-at-how-interesting-China-is for friends and family. Now Facebook fulfills that requirement, so now I try and use Flickr for good photos rather than random ones.
