My photography is about what I see and sometimes, what I want to see. I think of lots of stuff I'd like to shoot. Maybe I'll get the chance.

The work you see her on my flickr isn't usually too far from the way it came out of the camera. I adjust light levels, contrast, sharpness, and saturation. That's about it.

I haven't yet become a Photoshop nerd. I currently use Corel Photo X2 Ultimate 12 (or whatever it is) for the above-mentioned edits, along with Nikon Capture NX2 (in which I usually crop, adjust light / contrast, occasionally color balance, and saturation.) Other than that, I'll remove backgrounds and leave the subject alone.

I'm trying to learn to be creative in the way that I want to be to please myself with no regard to pleasing others. I think I'll do my best work that way.
