I am currently travelling around the world with my girlfriend Leanne. So far we have visited Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Singapore, China, Hong Kong and we are now working in Halls Creek, Western Australia as we have run out of money....

I've always enjoyed taking pictures but never really thought much of it until a few days before we left back in May when I bought my first DSLR; a Nikon D40 with 18-55mm lense. Since then and with the help of a few keen photographers I've met on my travels I've developed a real passion for it. I'm still learning but I like to try and push myself. Any feedback on any of my pictures is always welcome.

While in China I finally wore down Leanne and she let me buy a new lense (while they were cheap!). I bought a 55-200mm lense but as part of the bargain I've had to stop smoking! So now not only do I have a proper hobby, I'm going to live longer too!

One day I plan to go back to Africa as I feel it has so much more to give. Kenya by far is my favourite place in the world! I'd love to go back with the things I've learned about photography!
