Hello!

I'm a docile guy, old-school, Old South. A retired state employee, out early due to disability; born in the '50s. Married for all eternity to the most captivating woman I've ever met.

I'm a former "newsman," i.e., journalist, writer, videographer, photographer, live television director.

I now enjoy snapping photos and trying to create pleasant experiences for us both with a digital camera. :) Sharing my pictures here is strictly a pastime for me -- I'm certainly not in "competition" with anyone! I tend to enjoy architectural and plant-life photography; I rarely ever take pictures of humans!

I'm realistic about my photos, and I know they aren't the same caliber as those produced by most of you with fancy gear and sharply-honed skills! And that's cool. I enjoy most of my pictures, and constantly strive to make them better.

I'm Interested in nice people who exhibit nice photos. If you decide to add me as your contact, please, be aware that I'd like you to stop by from time to time and leave a comment, and in return I will do the same. :) If you don't comment on my photos for a while, then I will assume you are not interested, and I won't bother you with my comments either. :)
