More people take more photos than at any other time in human history.

By the time you've finished reading this page, more photos will have been uploaded to Flickr than you've ever taken in your life.

So what is this?

Great photos? No - maybe 1 shot on every page is OK and 1 shot every 10 pages is a "Wow!" shot.

Photoblog? Yes - it wasn't planned this way, but now it is.

There's a few errors on the EXIF data and still several shots not in Sets and many Sets not in Collections, but basically, this has become a Photoblog.

Hi, Hallo, Hola, Hoi and Salut tout le monde.

Welcome to the most Amateur Camera Team on Flickr.
We are a mixed-race and mixed-nationality (Anglo-Colombian) couple.

In line with the original aim of Flickr, we use this site to share eclectic shots of our exciting (sometimes), demanding (always), routine (of course) life with relatives and friends worldwide from Japan to USA via Switzerland and the Peoples Republic of Manchester.

Here's some places we've been to - a lot of Negatives still to be scanned in amongst them:

Old = Combined ages nearly 80 which is definitely Old.

Our Roots

Mr R - born and bred in the Republic of Mancunia 40+ Years ago.


Mrs R - born and bred in Cali, Valle, Colombia 30+ Years ago.

We are not anti-mobile phones per se, and sometimes you can get decent results:



But we are still Nikon Fans, thanks to the influence of an amateur photographer from Ruislip, England - Mike B, it's all your fault!

"Simple Rules"

1. Attention! Achtung! This is an eclectic mixed photostream.
Some of you from different cultures and beliefs may be offended by eg. body tattoos, hospital surgery, piercings in strange places and posing in various places.

If that's the case please don't ask to be FRIEND.

For the "picture-hunters": there is no pornography here. Everything is just normal life, or maybe just a little bit different at times.

2. Still want to be a FRIEND?
Due to timewasters and strange men pretending to be women, please send a Flickr Mail.
PRO with full-size recent photos and EXIF data, ie. same as us, will be added no problem.

Otherwise, a sense of humour and Photography with unusual angles and different concepts is always inspiring.

3. FAMILY
You see the same if you are Friend or Family, but some people are added as Family for Admin purposes.

4. FAVOURITES
Don't favourite all the children and/or wife shots without comments. Go see a Doctor. Really, that makes us feel uncomfortable - especially the children shots.
It will lead to blocking.

5. REPOSTING
Please don't repost or link any photo without permission.

6. Cropping and Editing

WYSIWYG - what you see is what you get. We rarely crop and/or edit our results.

But if you want to, go for it, but let us know if you want to repost elsewhere as some have done.

7. Flickr is a photo-sharing site
If you don't have photos, what are you doing here?

Buy a camera and get started! Or use your phone.
