My name is Oksana. I am Ukrainian born now living in the United States. I have been painting and drawing all my life. When I was a young kid, say thirty years ago, I finished four-year art school. Since then I have not had any formal art education. Once in a while I take art classes but I have never been fully satisfied with any of them. I seldom have a good four to five hour block of time to paint, one hour per day is the maximum I can spend on painting, that is why I mostly use gouache and watercolor. Between my family and my work as a child counselor, being a yoga fanatic, and painting obsessed I have very full life.
