Offaly Sports Partnership was initiated in 2003 and received full designation in 2006. It is an inter agency group which is a sub structure of the County Development Board and is supported by the Irish Sports Council.

The Offaly Sports Partnership aims to increase participation in sport and physical activity throughout county Offaly.
