Currently working as an IT pro for a large engineering company. Very interesting work and they even send me on photo assignments from time to time.
Amateur photography has something that I was missing as a pro. It's so much more fun when you're shooting for the joy of it. No pressure to pay the bills so I can really explore, experiment, and create.

History:
Self taught photographer in Junior High using a fully manual wwII era Voightlander. It's a great camera with a tack sharp lens.
Bachelor of Science in Photographic Technologies from Sam Houston State University.
Worked as a commercial shooter after college in a studio with a Leaf digital camera back. One day I hope to return to medium format digital. Images from that job are locked on a SyQuest disk. If you've got a working SyQuest drive let's get together.
