Nuts and Bananas whisks you away to some of our country’s most breathtaking and remote spots for a new take on sports camps. We team you up with Olympic trainers, elite athletes and lots of other like-minded sporty people. You don’t have to be as tough as Lance Armstrong (or as hot as Stephanie Rice for that matter) to jump in. Although there’s obviously no limit, if you want to challenge one of them - go for it!

Nuts and Bananas is all about pushing your limits, enjoying yourself and exploring the great outdoors. We give you as much coaching and training as you can stand and as little as you can justify.

But it’s definitely not just about punishing yourself and doing laps - although you’re free to do as many as you can without growing gills or become one with your bike - our camps are about much more than sweat, water and chlorine.

Nuts and Bananas gets your adrenaline flowing. There’s plenty of choice for anyone, from the swimming novice over the experienced triathlete to the stressed-out office worker in need of some playtime. It’s up to you if you want to slug it out in the pool or track or get your blood pumping with one of our many other activities instead.

Our range of adventure, adrenaline and wellbeing sports will see you surfing empty waves, diving in an underwater paradise, screaming down endless dunes, centering your yogic breath, flying a kite over the ocean and much more. The possibilities are never-ending.
