I'm the gardener at Ulloa Elementary school in San Francisco, stewarding the native plant gardens and teaching the children about nature, and the nature of good food. I'm also a Nutrition Educator, Massage Therapist and Student taking pictures of the things I see--natural light works for my simple asthetic, and I try to use simple equipment too--for years I only used a Richo GR1. I've upgraded to a Cannon C8080 for the pictures you see here. I enjoy working within the limitations of the equipment I have!
I'll continue to post pictures from my trips, be they international, or here in the US, and I'll continue to turn the camera on small things like drops of water and blades of grass.
