台大校史館設置於舊總圖書館，於2005年6月22日陳維昭校長卸任前剪綵成立，再由繼任之李嗣涔校長指派由圖書館管理。目前是Flickr新手，另有NTU Memory的台大影音資料庫：http://photo.lib.ntu.edu.tw/Memory/。
