The NRW-Saab-Owners-Association came about as a result of active participation at the legendary Saab 900 meetings from 1999-2004. After a few meetings a circle of friends gradually emerged, which began to meet more frequently between the big events. In the meantime almost all the current Saab models are represented in our association, be it the 96 or the 93III.

Our common platform is our interest in Saab cars. Our meetings and trips are meant to be fun for the whole family – we don’t just talk shop about Saab. Our destinations are always chosen with both cultural and culinary possibilities in mind.
At the moment our association is strongly ‘west’ oriented, with most of our Saab friends coming from the greater Düsseldorf/Ruhr area. However, membership is not restricted to North Rhine-Westphalia – we also have friends in Bremen and South Germany.



We are based in North Rhine-Westphalia. Most Saab friends come from the west of the state, which is why the most frequent get-togethers are in the Düsseldorf area.

The abbreviation „NRW“ is not intended to exclude anyone from outside of the state. We have Saab friends from the North and South of Germany, connections in Switzerland, Luxembourg and even as far as Taiwan.
