I'm Niels.

I take photos of and test rocks for a living and photograph beautiful things because of a passion for them.

I enjoy the photographic opportunities present in Utah. I have numerous problems with the local religion which I grew up in, but the variance in landscape, from snow capped mountains with cirques to desert landscapes and red rocks is unparalleled.

"Dang you, Lorrie! I wanted to be first on the testimonial and just now got the time.

Niels is a good-hearted fellow -- don't let that photo to the left fool you -- that truly cares about the craft. It shows through as he continues to impress. This photostream is worth watching!"

    Lorrie McClanahan says:

"Niels has an awesome back yard and a great panoramic photo of it. It is so good it enticed all of DFW (nearly) to come over for a chili cookoff. I hope this first testimonial in some small way makes up for the throngs of people who will descend on his property and take over his barbeque.

Check out his wonderful photos, since you're here. I love his shots of Utah, in particular and am looking forward to many more fine photos from this talented, generous guy."
